Studio Shoot

This series of work is set in a studio and shows a central character dressing up in various costumes.

Unlike most cosplay which is a form of self-expression I wanted to make it clear that this was done for the camera.

And that in turn it was for you: the ultimate viewer.

Here the outfit is the costume of “virtual idol” Hatsune Miku.

While most of the outfits in this series are modeled after specific characters, they are characters that fall into very specific types: the cat-girl, the nurse and the idol.

You can discuss the artwork here.

This a vector illustration designed to be printed on a large scale.
